Makoto Otake is a Japanese comedian, actor, and radio personality. A member of the City Boys, consisting of Shigeru Saiki and Kitaro. His real name is Makoto Otake (pronounced the same). For a period in the mid-1980s, he used the name ``Makoto Tokonamegawa'' only during his solo activities. Belongs to ASH&D Corporation.
